A laptop and a hostel room
At university, I played music for my friends with nothing but a laptop and a pair of small speakers in our hostel. No DJ controller, no lights, no crowd beyond the room. Just the love of making people dance.

Concerts / shows
Booking one gig is great, but booking the same gig for seven years in a row is a testament to trust and consistency. I’ve been the official DJ of choice for the Johnnie Walker Live Show series, the Annual ASFAs, Miss Tourism Uganda, and the International Batalo Dance Fest. Beyond that, I was part of the DJ production for Nas at the Royal Albert Hall in the UK, played for Brit Floyd’s 50-year celebration in London, and performed for Charli XCX at the O2 Arena.

Thank-you notes
From clients I’ve played for.
“Stop scrolling and book them right now. … When the reception started, DJ Moustey didn’t just play music, he basically held a masterclass in reading a room. … Weeks later, our guests were still texting us saying it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to.”
“Incredible DJ, perfect for events, parties, weddings. He really brings the party spirit to your event, and has a great attitude. He worked over time for our event, meeting us days before to ensure he knew exactly what we wanted, and kept the party going beyond his regular hours. Cannot recommend Moustey any more highly.”
“My retro DJay Moustey gave me a combination of 70s disco experience, 80s pop and 90s RnB retro.”
“Hey Moustey DJ, thank you lots for making our events absolutely memorable. We are forever grateful.”
